Workshop Refund Policy

Full payment is required at registration. Refunds of 75% of the tuition are available 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.

If a workshop fills, a waitlist will be established on a first come, first served basis. If space becomes available, the first person will be given 24 hours to register before moving onto the next person on the list.

If Arts on the Prairie (AOP) cancels a workshop, participants will be given the opportunity to transfer to another workshop, if space is available, or be given a full refund. Unfortunately, AOP cannot be responsible for any costs incurred for travel or lodging.
